Your employer will provide a registration link where you will be prompted to create an account. After creating your account, you will have access to your dashboard as well as all the courses you are enrolled in.
No. All courses assigned to you on the platform are provided by your organisation and are free for employees to access.
Once you have registered, you will be enrolled into a course by the administrator or you will be automatically enrolled in the course through a voucher.
Yes. The platform is accessible on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. You can complete your training from anywhere with an internet connection.
Your dashboard displays your enrolled courses and training progress. You can see which lessons you have completed and what still needs to be finished.
Your progress is automatically saved. You can return to the course at any time and continue from where you left off.
Some courses provide a certificate upon completion. If a certificate is available, you will be able to download it once you successfully complete all lessons and assessments.
Many courses allow you to retake quizzes or assessments. Your training administrator determines the number of attempts allowed.
Completion deadlines are set by your organisation. Please refer to the course details or instructions provided by your manager or training administrator.
Yes. Your organisation can track course participation, progress, quiz results, and completion status to ensure training requirements are met.
